William E. Gooding, CEO
For over 20 years, Bill has overseen the operations, finance, sales
and marketing aspects of Facilico. Bill began his career in the
security industry, and helped expand Mackenzie Security to include
janitorial services, enabling him to start Royal Janitorial in
1983. In 2005, he changed the name of the company to Facilico as
part of a strategy to grow the company into one of the leading
providers of facilities management companies in North Carolina
and the surrounding states.

Karen Gooding, President
Serving as President since the company’s inception in 1983, Karen
Gooding oversees the office management and human resources management
of
Facilico, and she is involved with marketing efforts, as well.
Karen also represents the company to industry organizations such
as BSCAI, and she organizes community and philanthropy activities
for the company including volunteering in her community and church,
as well as contributing to organizations like the American Cancer
Society and the Humane Society.

Jim Day, VP of Operations
With more than 30 years of experience in management, growth planning,
operations and finances in the facilities services and maintenance
fields, Jim has helped Facilico to prosper into a thriving business.
Having served in several positions, such as regional manager, district
manager and vice president of operations for business, higher education
and health care systems, Jim is well versed in all levels of management.
Jim is currently the Vice President of Operations for Facilico.
